BBC Teach Live Lessons: Dundee Drone Filming

A recent commission for the BBC Teach Live Lessons series was carried out to capture footage of the RRS Discovery and the Waterfront in Dundee.
Filming for the episode was being carried out on the local attraction and given the limited timing of the filming, it needed a fast turn-around, very early start and a very tight schedule working with Dundee Airport. The challenge was to film within the gaps available against the backdrop of a local training flight carrying out repeated take-off and landing exercises that same morning.
It was a lovely day even with the early start and balancing the flight in between short gaps with Air Traffic Control was an interesting challenge but we pulled it off.
